With what seems like half the world on fire, here is another example of our heroic firefighters putting their lives on the line. this particular incident happened just after midnight in Brooklyn, New York.
An intense fire broke out in a three-story home and spread to a neighboring house. One fireman climbed a ladder and had to retreat when his jacket caught fire. Over 200 firefighters fought this intense blaze, rescuing a lady and her cat:

No civilians were hurt but 12 firemen were injured. At this time, they should all make a full recovery.
