Remember, cops are not obligated to serve and protect. They always say drop the gun or drop the knife after they shot the suspect three times. Why does the suspect need to drop the gun or the knife? He doesn't. The cops always do that when all he has to do is go up to the suspect and take the knife. This was staged. He moved his arm and did drop the knife and the officer step on his arm and the other officer kicked the knife. He charged the officer , that office told him to drop the knife . The Officer had control of his gun while calling in to the dispatch .
