This is a perfect situation where a Deputy can approach from the elevated walkway, reach over and down and place his firearm in the back of his head so that he knows and let him know should he move you will pull the trigger. At that point another Deputy can approach him from behind and secure his hands and cuff him behind his back and then locate the weapon, Code 4.
