Few things are as heartbreaking as a good dog being slain by a heartless criminal, especially when that dog is a protector in the community. Not to mention the fact that this particular K9 Officer is a favorite around here and has been featured in several of our stories.
Seattle Police K9 Jedi and his human partner were both viciously attacked by a machete wielding suspect on January 5th. Jedi did not survive the attack though it appears his sacrifice was not in vain and his human partner is expected to recover.
Police ended up shooting the suspect while he was savagely stabbing and slashing the K9 and his handler. The attacker was a suspected burglar and was being chased by K9 Officer Jedi before turning and attacking.

Any Criminal that commits a crime with a weapon should be exterminated on site ... no need to lock them up just eliminate them from the Earth !

You mean it was suspicious to pull boxes and boxes of mysterious ballots out from under tables for counting after the poll watchers had been sent home? You mean it was suspicious to have boxes and boxes of ballots brought in around midnight is a mysterious van with many of the ballots in blank to be filled in by the poll workers? You mean it was suspicious to keep the poll watchers far enough away from the actual counting of ballots so they had no idea what they were "watching"? You mean it was suspicious that the computer software had been programmed to change votes for Trump into votes for Biden? The democrats insist it was a fair election and Trump was lying when he claimed the election was stolen by the democrats. I hope the human officer recovers quickly and I hope that POS who killed Jedi dies. What sort of human murders a dog? I know the dog was attacking, but if the POS had just stopped, the attack would have stopped, giving time for the human to arrest him. May that POS rot in Hell.
KIlling or injuring a police dog should be at least a 5 year felony as should cruelty to animals.
In Oklahoma, killing a K9 is the same as killing a police officer !!!! As it should be !!! I knew a guy here who stabbed a K9 recieved an additional 25 years, that POS is now been in prison 34 years has 77 left of sentence, yet getting 1st rate cancer treatments on our dime !!!!! Hopefully it won't be effective !!!!!

I hope the prosecutor asks for life. Or death possibility dealing down to life if Washington state statutes are similar to many other states and classifies killing a police K-9 the same as or higher than killing a human officer.
