  1. Without all the facts and knowledge of what the officers saw, it's really hard to determine if the shooting is justified. To much information is missing to form a decision in my opinion. Time will tell

  3. Not to be the proverbial Monday morning quarterback here but my question is if the suspect aimed the gun at the officer and the officer felt he had enough time to break the window before the suspect could fire a shot at him then why was there no return fire or why did'nt the suspect fire first if he had the time? The fact that there was no return fire and that the suspect was trying to get away leaves to a lot of speculation as to what were any of the people involved here motives. I would hate to be the LEO trying to explain this because of the lack of visual evidence coming from inside that car.

  7. Dennis, you must be among the people who ALWAYS considers the law breaker the "innocent one"...some day YOU will be the victim & someone will try to blame YOU for being somewhere when another person decides to commit a crime - and YOU are blamed for "tempting him to commit a crime"...HOW do you know if that police person may have stopped someone from being killed by putting HIS life on the line. I feel like those who frame the police as the "bad guy" are only people who have somehow committed a crime and feel the police just "didn't allow you the freedom of doing what you want" thereby being TOTALLY anti-police/authority. Do you EVER, Dennis, stand up for the person doing the RIGHT THING??? I thank the officer, who perceived a danger, acted in order to protect someone who could have been me, my child or some of my loved ones & friends...BACK THE BLUE!!!
