It's been almost one year since the Biden Administration's botched Afghanistan withdrawal resulted in the deaths of 13 American service members. This tragic event has rightly been hailed as one of the worst moments in the Biden presidency.
Ahead of the looming anniversary of the disaster, it's been reported that the administration is working hard to avoid any further public relations disasters.
According to NBC News, sources from the National Security Council say that the administration is concerned about doing anything "stupid" before, during, and after the August anniversary.
They're worried that marking the occasion improperly will remind the American people of the disaster, potentially hurting the Democrat party as we head into the midterm elections.
Apparently, officials have gone so far as to scrub the schedules of White House staff to ensure no one attends any "tone deaf" events regarding foreign policy and the United States Military.
However, despite these efforts, we hope the American people do not forget. The Biden Administration failed and this failure resulted in the deaths of American heroes.
