The EMT'S WERE STANDING BY AS FIREMEN A SHORT DISTANCE AWAY PUTTING OUT HOUSEFIRE AND HE SHOT AT FIREMEN TOO! When cops were closing in he RAN AND RAMMED VEHICLES!! Cop is GOOD DRIVER AND EXCELLENT SHOT!! ALSO A MILITARY VETERAN!!
