When a Police Officer tells you to comply or they will put you on the ground, it's best for everyone's health if you comply... apparently, this hit and run suspect thought he was above such nonsense.

The Tallahassee Police department felt compelled to release bodycam footage of this fairly standard treatment of a belligerent suspect because anti-cop activists claimed Officers needlessly dropped him on his head.
