    1. This is a bomber, not a reconnaissance plane. Satellites mostly now perform the functions of what reconnaissance aircraft planes used to do. The only time spy planes are used is to cover the time periods where spy satellites are not overhead. The spy satellites are so refined that a license plate number can be read from orbit. However, even that isn't necessary to spy on you. Our own NSA illegally monitors all cell phone communications. A special word, phrase spoken, or subject discussed words can trigger your phone being monitored. The NSA, the FBI, and the CIA have all been politized by the left. This is a dangerous time with that happening.

      1. We still use reconnaissance aircraft extensively. As you point out, many satellites can't be overhead of a target all the time, although many can have their orbital paths changed. So we use RC-135s, U-2S, and the P-8 along with some others.

By the way, No Such Agency gets most of the data from both our satellites and recon planes for evaluation.

    2. What are you going to shoot it down with? At it;s operational altitude a rifle, nor even a Stinger will reach it.

And how would you know if it was being used as a "spy" plane on Americans? I suppose you'd just like to see people shoot at American military planes. As someone who was a crewmember on reconnaissance aircraft that had the ability to monitor communications. I'd like to see you, well....
