PEOPLE HAS TO BE EDUCATED NOT TO DO THIS. HE MADE MATTERS WORSE BY SITTING IN THE CAR AND THEN RUNNING.

It took at least 5 men and a dog to subdue one drug crazy person and yet people are excusing them because of circumstances. We have gone so far beyond reality in our rationalization. We want to reduce money for law enforcement and yet it takes manpower to take down one person with minimal damage and I am sure someone out there has a better way and want to cut the dogs food off!!!
